How long is each session?
Each session typically lasts 2 to 3 hours. This time allows for in-depth discussion, hands-on guidance, and time to answer any questions you have along the way. Sessions are designed to give you a thorough understanding of the topic at hand and equip you with practical tips you can implement.

You can absolutely bundle sessions! Many families choose to bundle multiple sessions for a more comprehensive approach to their postpartum care. Bundling can help you save on the overall cost, and ensure you receive the full support you need. Please reach out to discuss the options and I’ll be happy to help create a bundle that fits your needs.


How much do the sessions cost?
Each session is priced at $225 for 2-3 hours of one-on-one, personalized support. If you choose to bundle multiple sessions, I offer discounted rates to help you save on your overall postpartum education - please see the rates and bundle option in the section above. 


How do I book a session?
Booking is easy! Simply fill out the contact form on my website to schedule a consultation. During the consultation, we’ll discuss your needs, goals, and the best session option for you. From there, we can book your session at a time that works for you.


Can these sessions be done virtually?
Yes! I offer virtual sessions for those who are not local or prefer the convenience of meeting from home. Virtual sessions are just as personal and effective as in-person sessions, providing you with the same level of care and attention.


How soon can I book a session?
You can book a session as soon as you’re ready! It’s never too early to begin preparing for postpartum recovery and lactation. I recommend booking at least a few weeks in advance to secure your spot, but I’m happy to accommodate your schedule as needed.
